We need mature statesmen. There must be 5000 eligible adults, at any one time, available to serve as Federal level elected politicians. President, Senator, House member.

Some now realize that the longer they stay the more they are embedded in the system with its built in problems.
Senator Tom Coburn is not running for a third term for this very reason. He understands.

We need to work on an amendment to the Constitution to do this. They won't do it.
We need to replace everyone of them until we get reform. Congressional reform would also include
removing their special privileges.
